I was thinking of any questions I had asked her. One that stayed with me was something like - when was a good time to send submissions? She mentioned when not to - around the end of the year and the new year. I think she mentioned they seem to get quite a number at these times of the year (and it is a super busy time of the year) which makes it more difficult to go through them.
