I haven't posted any pandas on my panda blog lately, so here is a page of them from my sketchbook.
There was some very sad news for panda lovers. A panda named Mao Mao was found buried in her enclosure in Wolong, she had died during the terrible China earthquake. The rest of the pandas are all accounted for but the research station was badly damaged. During the weekend I went to see Kung Fu Panda. I enjoyed it, the characters and backgrounds were beautifully drawn and colored! It had lots of great humor, though the Kung Fu action was a little intense for me towards the end.
